Prohibited content and conduct
You must not use PageRook to create, host, distribute, facilitate, or conceal:
- phishing, credential theft, malware, malicious redirects, deceptive downloads, or other compromise;
- fraud, scams, impersonation, misleading affiliation, or evasion of security and reputation controls;
- child sexual abuse material, sexual exploitation, trafficking, credible threats, or content that unlawfully facilitates serious harm;
- unlawful harassment, doxxing, privacy invasion, or publication of sensitive personal information without a lawful basis;
- content that infringes intellectual-property or other legal rights;
- illegal content or activity, or instructions primarily intended to enable it;
- spam, abusive automated traffic, resource exhaustion, probing, interference, or attempts to bypass quotas and isolation; or
- repeat publication of content removed or restricted under a PageRook case.
Security and identity
Do not use another person's account or site without permission, submit false ownership information, expose secrets, test systems without authorisation, or use PageRook as command-and-control, payload, tracking, or exfiltration infrastructure. Responsible reports about PageRook itself should follow the Security policy.
Enforcement
PageRook considers severity, evidence, context, recurrence, remediation, and legal obligations. Responses may include investigation, evidence preservation, content or site suspension, account-wide publishing restriction, token/session revocation for compromise, termination, and appropriate external referral. Emergency containment may precede notice. Attempts to evade a restriction are a separate breach.
Report abuse or appeal
Use the abuse report form with the affected PageRook URL/domain, category, concise evidence, and a safe contact address. Do not send passwords, secret keys, executable attachments, or unnecessary personal data. Keep the opaque case reference for follow-up. Owners can use the appeal form without needing the reporter's identity.
